As we do the assessment, we will go over safety tips specific to each room so you can get comfortable with your level of babyproofing needs. The 1-hour assessment is in large part a crash course on home safety as taught by the International Association for Child Safety. We will review a list of some simple changes you can make yourself and even give you tips for future childproofing needs as your baby grows. Babyproofing does not necessarily involve expensive safety products; it is learning to see the world through your baby's eyes.

After the safety assessment, we will provide a comprehensive evaluation, which will include a list of recommended products and installation needs to further safeguard your home. If you are in a hurry, some products will be available for purchase on-site with same-day installation. We encourage parents to review the evaluation and decide what level of babyproofing needs they have. You may decide you just want to make one or two rooms child friendly in the house. Perhaps you have someone especially handy in the house and just want to purchase the products without the need for professional installation. Every family and home is different, so we will provide you with a comprehensive safety evaluation customized to meet your budget, fit in with your lifestyle and match your unique parenting style.

We can further customize an estimate for you and schedule an installation and/or product drop-off for the earliest possible date at your convenience.
